September 7th is right around the corner!

A Chance for Children is gearing up for our 9th annual 5K/10K and Kids Fun Run on Sunday, September 7, at 8 am at Corporate Woods. With your help, we have raised over $100,000 to date to benefit KU Pediatrics and the KU Kids Healing Place. More children are diagnosed with long-term or life limiting diseases year after year and our funds help these children and their families live the best lives possible!

*Donate a raffle prize to the 5K/10K and Kids Fun Run

Founders' Day is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday November 12th, 2014 at Grand Street Cafe!

Planning is in the works so save the date Thursday, November 13th 2014 for the Shawnee Mission Tri Delta Alumnae Association Founders day! This will be a special night of food, fun, an engaging speaker and heart-warming candle ceremony. Details coming soon!

 SEPTEMBER SOCIAL HAPPY HOUR

New President Emily Kuhlman will be hosting a happy hour for Trideltas at her home in Overland Park on Tuesday September 23rd. Please bring your drink of choice and a dish to share. If you wish to attend, email her at emilyjeankuhlman@gmail.com for the address.

Part of our plan for this new year is to find even more, fun ways to get together with our sisters and make a difference in our community. What better way than shopping for a cause! When you shop through this exclusive Deltas Only Stella and Dot trunk show, 20% will benefit our main fundraiser, A Chance for Children. 

A Chance for Children benefits our community's youngest members, who live daily with the life-changing effects of cancer or serious illnesses requiring intensive care. The KU Kids Healing Place will help not only the patients, but their loved ones, to cope with the child's illness.
